Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. This website uses as few as possible: there are no advertising cookies, and the map and visit statistics are loaded only if you allow them.
01Necessary
Your cookie choice. When you choose in the cookie window, your choice is saved in your browser (localStorage, key ef-consent) so that we don’t ask you again on every page. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us and it contains nothing that identifies you.
Fonts. The fonts of this website are served from our own server. No data is sent to third parties for them.
02Google Maps (only with your consent)
The map in the “Location” section is provided by Google. It loads only if you allow “Google Maps” in the cookie window or click “Show map”. Google may then set its own cookies, as described in Google’s cookie policy. If you don’t show the map, nothing is loaded from Google Maps, and you can still open directions from the address in the footer.
03Statistics (only with your consent)
If you accept statistics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the website (for example which pages are viewed and how many people check availability). Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which are kept for up to 2 years. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we do not use this data for advertising.
If you do not accept, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
04What we don’t use
We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies, and we do not load social media plugins.
05Booking system
When you check availability or book, you are taken to our online booking system (eightyfourliving.hotelyzer.gr), which may use its own cookies that are necessary for the booking process, under its own policy.
