These terms govern the use of this website, which is operated by Eightyfour Living, 84 Nerokourou, Chania 731 00, Crete, Greece. The specific conditions applicable to each reservation are provided through the booking system before the booking is completed.
01Information on the website
We take care that the information on this website (descriptions, photos, amenities, distances) is accurate and up to date. Photos are indicative; furnishings and views may differ slightly between the three houses.
02Bookings
Reservations are made through our secure online booking system (eightyfourliving.hotelyzer.gr). The price, what is included, the payment terms and the cancellation policy of each rate are shown clearly before you confirm, and these conditions apply to your booking.
A booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation by email.
- Check-in from 15:00 until midnight, check-out between 08:00 and 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out are offered subject to availability.
- Payment, deposit and cancellation depend on the rate you choose and are shown in the booking system before you confirm.
- Extra services such as airport transfer and car rental are available on request, at an extra charge.

03House rules
To keep the villa calm and pleasant for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to note the following:
- Children aged 12 and over are welcome; the villa has no cots or extra beds.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the houses.
- Pets are not allowed.
Please respect the villa, the neighbours and the quiet of the area.
04Intellectual property
All content of this website (texts, photos, logo, design) belongs to Eightyfour Living or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
05Liability
We make every effort to keep the website available and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.
06Applicable law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Chania, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer.
